ABOUT BORTELL’S LOUNGE
Bortell’s Lounge, Anna Maria Islands’ top sports bar, has recently been restored and reopened. They have vintage bar accessories such as the original Budweiser Clydesdale carousel lighting. They’re hung over their pool tables. Many other great treasures, collectibles, and images may be found within. There are also several fishing memorabilia on the walls that represent Anna Maria Island’s deep fishing history and the owner’s passion for the sport.

Bortell’s has a complete liquor bar as well as draft beers on tap. You can even get a frozen drink from one of their two machines. If you want to order meals, their newly refurbished kitchen offers everything you need.
A six-burner stove, an oven, deep-fryers, a grill, a chiller, and a freezer are all available. Whatever you want from their menu, they will prepare just for you!

This looks like a local watering hole. Good vibe. Lots of cool things inside and the bar servers are great. I enjoyed watching the games on the big screens. The patrons were nice folks. They have a good menu but we’re only there for the game. I’d give them a try for sure. Let me know.
