Born in Bagnaia, a small town in the providence of Viterbo, Italy, Chef Vincenzo has been cooking fresh, authentic Italian dishes for over 50 years. Starting at his family butcher and deli shops in New Jersey. Chef Vincenzo moved his expertise and family recipes to Florida, opening Vinny’s Italian Kitchen on Anna Maria Island in 2010. It has since become an essential part of Anna Maria Island’s food culture.
Vinny’s Italian Kitchen is real authentic Italian food. A native of Italy, Chef Vincenzo prepares all dishes in his kitchen by hand, just like his mother and grandmother before him.
Featuring a bakery, Vinny’s Italian offers a full menu of almost every Italian dish imaginable. Chef Vincenzo only uses the freshest ingredients available to prepare rustic, old-school Italian dishes.

The bakery offers Italian bread and pastries, as well as authentic Italian ingredients for you to prepare your own homemade Italian dishes. The menu has everything you could possibly want for an Italian meal. There are Italian specialties that serve 2, lunch size entrees that serve 1, cold & hot sandwiches, hot paninis, thin crust pizzas, calzones & Stromboli, and flatbreads.
The Italian specialties include items like Baked Ziti, Eggplant Parmesan, Sausage & Peppers, Veal Francese, etc. There are also plenty of gluten-free options. If you are looking to feed more than just a couple of people, look into their catering menu, which has meals that serve up to 10 people.

We LOVE Vinny’s !! We visit AMI about 6 times a year and every visit we make sure to get some Vinny’s to take home with us. Lasagna is AMAZING.. so is the cake.. you truly cannot go wrong! Call ahead ! Wait times are long but it is so incredibly worth it.
